Character concepts and animations that were done for my Digital Practicum course. This course focused on the pre-production aspects of a game. My role in the project was NPC design, UI, and animation.

This video shows the animation I did for the mermaid cutscene as well as the animation for the dialogue box.

Concept sheet for the main character of Excursion. Kim and I had a lot of ideas for the MC but ultimately decided on a cloaked figure to keep the character ambiguous, leaving the player to wonder their true identity.

Vector done in Illustrator of the main character. Was possibly going to be used for a cutscene in the game.

Concept sheet for the mermaid NPC. Excursion is based in an apocalyptic setting. Because of this, I wanted the mermaid character to be created through an unnatural means.
